Sales Executive (RM2,500-RM12,000++)

Job Scope:

Work with clients to identify their needs, maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction, and create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Prepare and manage detailed quotes, and negotiate terms to close deals and ensure all agreements are clear.
Achieve personal and team sales goals and coordinate with design and project management teams for an effective transition from the sales phase to project execution.

Job Scope:

Develop detailed 3D and 2D designs to present to clients.
Select appropriate materials, colors, and furnishings to achieve the desired look and feel.
Work closely with clients to refine designs and incorporate feedback.
Collaborate with sales, site supervisors, and carpenters to ensure design feasibility and execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into designs.

Requirements:

Strong creativity and artistic skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max).
Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
Previous experience in interior design, particularly in melamine and condominium projects, is preferred.

Site Supervisor (RM3,000-RM5,000++)

Job Scope:

Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Coordinate with various teams, including design, construction, and carpentry.
Manage project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
Address and resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Communicate progress and updates to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in site supervision within the interior design or construction industry.

Construction Workers (RM2,000-RM4,000++)

Job Scope:

Perform essential construction tasks such as wiring, plaster ceilings, and other structural work.
Ensure all construction work is completed to high standards and in accordance with project specifications.
Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.

Requirements:

Carpentry Installer (RM2,000-RM4,000++)

Job Scope:

Create custom furniture and fittings using melamine and other materials.
Read and interpret design plans to execute precise carpentry work.
Operate CNC machines and other woodworking tools for high-quality finishes.
Collaborate with designers and site supervisors to ensure design specifications are met.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all pieces meet LIMICO TEAM’s standards.
